About me
I am a line cook for the Ritz Carlton in marina del rey. I love traditional rustic dishes with history. I enjoy studying all cuisines and cultures especially Asian. I believe that food says a lot about cultures and sharing ideas and learning from one another is my absolute favorite thing to do.

Hi Lucy,

Glad to be your Cookin' Buddy! I too, enjoy learning about the history of foods and how they came to be so widely adapted and if so, traditional. There are many surprises awaiting us. I hope we share some.
