  • DIZ3 1 day ago about Baby Spinach Gorgonzola And Fresh Raspberry Salad
Did you say company was coming? Love the simplicity, colorful presentation, and complex flavors that are complementary to one another. Maybe not suitable to every palate, but this little salad will surely impress those with adventurous eating habits. When I made this, our dinner guest wasn’t leaving without the recipe! Thank you, Luisascatering, for sharing another one of your fabulous recipes!

It is awesome Luisa! It's somewhat sweet and the banana really comes through. If you want it sweeter try bumping up the honey to a 1/2 cup or even a little more to get it how you like it. Added more in the IMI :) -----------> Paleo Banana Bread

  • DIZ3 2 months ago about Bulgogi Chicken Lettuce Wraps with Asian Pear
I knew this recipe would be a hit the moment I laid eyes on it. It did not disappoint! I used chicken breast and split them horizontally so I would have two thin pieces of chicken to soak up all of the yummy marinade. Due to cold weather, I broiled them in the oven for a few short minutes on each side. The only thing I did not have was the Korean hot sauce so I substituted Sriracha. These were originally meant as a main course for dinner. After plating them for the photo, I asked hubby if he’d like to sample one. Before I knew it, the two of us had quickly devoured them, making for a delightful appetizer. Thank You, Luisascatering, for sharing your wonderful recipe!

Yes it is ;) If you try Sweet Potato Layer Cheesecake Pie and can make it even better (which I think you can) please do let me know. I'll bake it for Christmas again, but will change the crust. Will make it with a cheesecake traditional crust. I suspect it will be even better :)
