Hi Luisa!
Haven't talked to you in a long time....but when the chips are down, I go to you for help in planning menus. Once again I am planning a dinner for 12 ladies, and spicy foods are out (unfortunately), so I am thinking of making your Penne with Pancetta and garlic cream, and the Spinach salad in Parmesan frico cups. Maybe garlic baguettes. Now all I have to figure out is a light dessert. Thanks!

Hey Luisa, that was sweet of you to add the picture of the pork and caramelized onions/shallots...I added it to the I Made It group in the hopes people would see it and give it a try - that is some GOOD EATIN'!


I use Johnsonville... and it's about 104 degs today. I almost always grill 'em ;-)

I have a bunch of very large strawberries, which I thought about stuffing and some blackberries,,,would go well in a crostada. Hmmm.
