Hey Luisa, that was sweet of you to add the picture of the pork and caramelized onions/shallots...I added it to the I Made It group in the hopes people would see it and give it a try - that is some GOOD EATIN'!


I use Johnsonville... and it's about 104 degs today. I almost always grill 'em ;-)

Hope you enjoy the tacos if you get a chance to make them...by the way, I marinated 2 chops this morning for your caramelized apple chops, then remembered I'm not at home tonight for dinner!! Oh well, they will get an extra long marinating time and be super tender and delicious tomorrow night... I'm looking forward to them already.
