Currently lovin' Tried and true dishes and heritage/family recipes. I like trying foods and cooking processes that are new to me. My mother's family is Irish & Cherokee - and my father's family is English & Italian. I am in the process of gathering family recipes from both sides of my family and compiling them into a collection to share with my family.

I took a gander at your lasagna recipe because I've been meaning to get back on the horse, so to speak. I have issues with making lasagna....it's a long story but I've been psychologically scarred towards making it and it's something I need to get over. And so, I'm going to adapt your recipe that you got from Emeril to start this healing process, if you don't mind. I'll be sure to post all the results here and let you know how it turned out.
