    Hey Lunasea! Gosh your recipe for Empanadas with Cornmeal Crust is scrumptious! Had pastry to use to make your empanadas with the left over turkey. The picadillo is over-the-top--I have made some into icecubes to pull out anytime. This eve, making soup, the picadillo gave the dinner so much flavor and textures. Some day I will make your cornmeal dough too. but for now, Yeah for the picadillo!!! Thanks a gazillion, and enjoy the upcoming holidays! trish

    These are spicy! I used chipotle chili powder. It doesn't dissolve so I got clumps of chili powder sauce on my shrimp. My lips are burning! I think the sauce could use some garlic, too, but I love that stuff. Grilled my shrimp over charcoal for three minutes each side. Threw some garlic bread on for the last three minutes. The butter was good for dipping my garlic bread in. I added a picture and put these in IMI on 5/26/14
