About me
I am a General Manager/Chef Manager for a major food company. I have one child, who actually was just accepted to Johnson & Wales Culinary program next fall. I love cooking and have made it my career. I knew when I was in High School that I was going to be in the food business, which I have been in for over 24 years, and still love it. I enjoy all foods everything from traditional comfort foods to upscale. Which I have also cooked and served many celebrities and other high profile people. I very much enjoy food and cooking. My husband also went to Johnson & Wales for Culinary Arts, he is a Certified Executive Chef. He has worked in many fine Hotels and Restaurants, has cooked for President Clinton among other high profile people. He is very talented carving ice into sculptures, and very fine gourmet food. I am a country and everyday cooking type.
