About me
I am a General Manager/Chef Manager for a major food company. I have one child, who is in his second year at Johnson & Wales Culinary program. I love cooking and have made it my career. I knew when I was in High School that I was going to be in the food business, which I have been in for over 26 years, and still love it. I enjoy all foods everything from traditional comfort foods to upscale. Which I have also cooked and served many celebrities and other high profile people. I very much enjoy food and cooking.
