About me
I'm a web programming computer geek. I just hit the kitchen when my husband started going gluten-free, then after much research I figured my eldest daughter is probably celiac. So, all four of us are eating gluten-free now. I don't want to pay $7 for a loaf of bread that either goes stale in a day or tastes like frozen cardboard.
I've learned so much in the past month of two and can now bake any bread without yeast.
