    Hello, just stopping by trying to find some peruvian recipes,,,i am currently hosting an exchange student from Lima Peru and she very much misses the food in Peru and we live in Arkansas and don't have any Peruvian restaurants....so any advice or easy recipes would be greatly appreciated!!!     Almond Bark is an artificial chocolate used for coating confections. You can use melted chocolate to coat the truffles if you can't get Almond Park.

    Well, its not that it's placed inside of a tortilla. It's more so that you deep fry pieces of the tortilla, and make chips, and use them as scoops. like chips and dip almost, lol
