About me
"Part time" vegetarian! I do eat chicken and fish, but very rarely eat any other meats. I love to try new veggie recipes, and prefer fresh ingredients. My favorite type of cooking would have to be a tie between baking cakes and cookies (which I only do when I know I can give most of it away), and recipes using local fresh vegetables. My interest lately has been Italian country cooking, and the similarities between that and southern food. I try to make my recipes as healthy as possible, usually..
