About me
Hi friends, I'm diabetic and feeling very frustrated lately about my blood sugars.I recently read a very convincing book called Protein Power, and that plus the encouragement of a diabetic friend, caused me to chqange from a 95% veggie diet to a meat 3 x a day to lower my sugars. So far, my sugars are still very erratic. ie Last night I took 20units of insulin & went down to 85 at 4AM. I drank a glass of milk & at 8AM I was 167.Anyone out there diabetic?
