About me
I'm officially a southern cook, but I love regional recipes. I've lived in several parts of the US from Alaska to Georgia. I'm presently in southern Alabama, but my point is that I love all kinds of food. I enjoy OAMC (Once a Month Cooking) but here lately I've fallen off the wagon on that. Though I love the sharing, my primary reason for joining Group Recipes is to find new dishes and record my own permanently, or at least... hopefully permanently. I know GR is in Beta but I hope it lasts. It's such fun!

Thanks for accepting my invite! Hope to have more recipes up soon!

Hi! I was checking out your Sausage and Cheese Balls and noticed that you said you'd lost your recipe. I happened to have just run on to a recipe this week that I had saved from another site, and I just shared it. It may not be the recipe your hunting for, but it might give you some ideas. Just trying to help. I know how frustrating it is to lose a recipe. Regards.- Linda

OMGoodness, thank you for the recipe and no worries. I just love this site because of wonderful people like you and the great recipes. It is really hard to not notice just how caring so many people are here. hugs, Shandy

Hi Magnolia,,,thanks for accepting my invite. I have done the OAMC before too. It does save a lot of time and there is always something ready to make for Dinner. I was brought up frugal..eat it up, don't throw it out, make do or do without...that's what Mama always said. LOL..so I recycle and repurpose everything... : )

Thank you, MagnoliaSouth, for your extremely kind comments & ratings on my Dairy 101, and Baking Pan Size vs Volume charts!! I have acquired a million of these helpful charts over the years simply because it bothered me when I would read a recipe that I wanted to make, but not be familiar with some part of the ingredients / instructions....or whatever.
They've saved me quite a few times!

We love the Baked potato soup, hope you will also.. happy cooking..

Sausage Cheese Balls
The hardest part is mixing them up but well worth the wait!

Love these, but find them a tiny bit bland-have to throw some jalapeno' in there.
