About me
I am originally from a small town in Malaysia called Kota Kinabalu (or KK, for short), and am currently studying in Melbourne, Australia. And being away from home can make me crave for home food once in awhile. But since eating out is a luxury for most students like myself, I decided to utilise the abundance of groceries readily available here and challenge myself to cook something different/new/tantilising while taking into account of time constraints that plague us busy students. So here I am - a book in one hand, a pan in another. :) P.S. My Chinese name is Pan - hehe...
