Thanks a lot i was born in Serbia and every summer at mty father parents in Shumadia village. Am big fun off all grilled on real fire or charcoal!!!


My family is from ole yugoslavia! I have many many recipes. Pastries a many.


Sorry guys ther is one thing i missed to say.You need white kidney beans for Prebranac and not pre cocked from cans never but dry ones!!!


Will do my best to present the core of old way Serbian food!!

Most of Serbian food old way needs only fresh sezone vegies and always fresh meat,loads of beans,baked food!!!
Real Serbian food needs to ne cocked only on very slow fire and needs careful praparing and lots of time !!!
