I recently and inexplicably became obsessed with cooking! It started with an alfredo sauce, and many cloves of garlic later, I made a fantastic veggie burger, a way too spicy coconut curry, and delicious naan bread! I buy local, and highly prefer naturally raised animal products. I'm a grad student, an MSW candidate, and an independent radio professional. I'm learning and loving and excited to share recipes!
