About me
I recently and inexplicably became obsessed with cooking! It started with an alfredo sauce, and many cloves of garlic later, I made a fantastic veggie burger, a way too spicy coconut curry, and delicious naan bread! I buy local, and highly prefer naturally raised animal products. I'm a grad student, an MSW candidate, and an independent radio professional. I'm learning and loving and excited to share recipes! The intersection of tasty eats and progressive food activism is incredibly thrilling to me!
