About me
Since discovering our nearly 8-year-old son has Asperger's, we've changed the way we cook and eat, focusing on buying locally-grown organic fruits/veggies, as well as grass-fed meat. We love our raw goat milk and making our own butter from fresh, real Jersey milk.

She chats constantly, except when the phone rings...which is when she "exercises" her vocal cords by screaming. I wouldn't trade her for the world. She eats just about everything that we eat, so I try to cook healthy. Do you have goats and cows as well?

Ginger Carrot Soup

Thai fish sauce is available in most any supermarket these days in the 'asian' section usually near other thai ingredients. This recipe would not be the same without the fish

RML - you could use only chicken broth, but it won't have nearly the depth of flavor that duck offers. Chicken is more delicate and will be over-taken by the strong flavors.
