About me
Since discovering our nearly 8-year-old son has Asperger's, we've changed the way we cook and eat, focusing on buying locally-grown organic fruits/veggies, as well as grass-fed meat. We love our raw goat milk and making our own butter from fresh, real Jersey milk.

Love your avatar! I have a precious 4 yr old Blue and Gold. She loves to be picked up and groomed. She also enjoys trying to bite off fingers, ears and any other body part within her reach. She recently attempted to pierce my nose. What a sweety!
She chats constantly, except when the phone rings...which is when she "exercises" her vocal cords by screaming. I wouldn't trade her for the world. She eats just about everything that we eat, so I try to cook healthy. Do you have goats and cows as well?

RML - you could use only chicken broth, but it won't have nearly the depth of flavor that duck offers. Chicken is more delicate and will be over-taken by the strong flavors.
