    Sounds very good. I particularly like that you don't douse the chops in liquid. It might be interesting if you omitted the tomatoes altogether, and covered the dutch oven and baked it in the other oven at a low temp, maybe 300, even lower if that keeps what liquid there is bubbling. This also reduces the lambiness fishtrippin fears.

    Love this recipe!! I'm a big fan of crock pots and barley soups!! Unfortunately, I'm not a fan of celery. I think I'll be substituting it with a bit of fresh spinach. Yum! Thanks!

    This is an excellent recipe!! I grew two zucchini plants this year and have had over 20 zucchini's so far and they are still coming. Everyone loves this cake, I have made it a few times this summer already. Also, it freezes well and makes nice cupcakes (no icing needed).

    Hi Mamalou...I responded to your question on my page, but figured I'd stop by here, s well. I use just 3 cherrystone clams. There's plenty of meat in three for four stuffed out perfect, and is delicious! Thanks for stopping by and checking it out.
