About me
I'm a 26 yr old newly diagnosed Celiac. Trying to adjust to cooking and eating Gluten-Free. My boyfriend has Type II diabetes so I get to adjust all my favorite recipes to incorperate low-carb and low-sugar too. The challenge is actually pretty fun, I'm learning a lot of great new fun ways to cook a lot of great new ingredients and meeting great new people. I can't wait to share!!
