    My family loved this! I have two picky boys and a picky husband. It's not often they all rave about a meal. I did not have to tweek this recipe. It made it's own gravy and we served them over garlic mashed potatoes. Egg noodles would probably work too. Super fast to make. I threw this together before we went off to church in less than 2 minutes. (I had trimmed the roast the night before)

    Thank you very much for offering to be my cooking friend! I hope I qualify because between 1973and 1977/78 I was almost every week in Switzerland (Zuerich) I had an Office there and one in Italy (Milano). I was based in Munich/Germany. I therefore appreciate th Bavarian, Swiss and Italian cooking very much!

    Thanks for the warm welcome to the NASCAR group! I change avatars often so you will see more of Tony! I have a pic of him I found on the net and he is in his pyjamas and a housecoat! Not sure if I should use it or not!?! I took it from someone else, who had found it on the net! Maybe one day! ;)
