And I prefer Louisiana Hot Sauce but you can use any. You can get the crabmeat at the fish section of your grocery store..

My wife and I are retired, but continue to teach food safety certification class, which I guess makes us semi-retired, live near a small town (4,000 people) and no real restaurants. 45 miles from the nearest metro area. My adult children and grandchildren have houses on our property and constantly looking for something different. Tired of eating our same flavor profiles.
