That bruschetta is really scrumptious, even on the second day. I like to have the avocado a little riper so it makes it creamier. Not sure if I mentioned it, but I usually use it on some of those bland diet crackers--it is so tasty that it just doesn't matter what you serve it on, so why waste all the calories using breads. And if you don't have crackers on hand, just grab a spoon and dig in!!!

Bet you had to do a lot of editing of the recipes you received! People submit recipes all different kinda ways! I spent a lot of time deciphering and putting ingredients and measurements in a semblance of order! The cookies are cute, and I'll bet they were a big hit!
