I'm a full time nurse,part time Mary Kay consultant who has loved to cook and watch people enjoy eating my cooking for the last 52 years since I was 8 years old. Now that my family have all left the nest, I don't cook as often,but like many of you, I also read cookbooks like most people read novels. I really love this site!

Hey Mao65-For the Zuchini Cutlets,may I suggest using a gluten free cereal or cracker crushed for the crumbs?I prefer cracker crumbs myself when I make them.And it really takes less than 10 min.to saute them.I just made them recently and I just love 'em!Good luck & good eating!
