To cook it is tad hassle, BUT I did it one time though. The broth takes much time to cook, have to get all the necessary ingredients, ie. cinnamon, star anise seeds, beef bones, pork bones, honey dates, "cho guo" - some kind of chinese date, fennel seeds, and bunch of other herbs and spices. pheww...there you go, that's just the typing part, I'm totally buzzed out now haha..
