About me
I love to cook, and try out new recipes . . . but most of all I love to try to make my favorites lower calorie and lower fat but still taste just as good. It is a great challenge, but have found that I am quite successful at making really great meals. I also love watching cooking shows, my favorite is Healthy Decadence with Devin Alexander and A Lyon in the Kitchen with Nathan Lyon. When I was little I used to put all my ingredients in prep bowls and talk to my sisters and pretend I was on a cooking show . . . hmmm maybe I should've been a cook/chef. I am actually a Registered Nurse who likes to keep fit:)
