Hi Marisa! How did the Semifreddo turn out? Sorry for the delayed response . . . but I havent been on in a few weeks. Thank you for your nice comments though!

Thanks for the sweet comment on my wall and smoothie recipe - so happy you like my blog. (I just got back from a 3week trip and can't remember if I thanked you yet!)

Your new brownie recipe sounds like the way-too-good classic brownies I loved making when I was little: trouble ;)

Thanks....happy cooking

Just stopping in to say, Hi. I don't get on often and wanted to say hi. What's new :)

Thanks for the comments on my choc covered grapes.... I saw alot of choc covered fruit while I was in Germany as well.....really delicious...Thanks for stopping by my kitchen..

Thank you for your note and high rating:) your recipes look yummy:)

Hi there! I actually just finished my basics course at the College and it was amazing! I'm sad that it's over because I loved the people I worked with, but I have to say I didn't really learn anything from it. At least now I can take the more advanced courses after they finish renovating the college, they cancelled all my further courses until September. Actually because of that I switched schools (again, LOL) to Centennial for Food and Nutrition management - it's a full time program running for 2 years but after that I'll be a registered nutritionist! Now there's a thought... a foodie nutritionist...

I definitely reccomend GBC though - it's extraordinary when it comes to teaching the basics of baking without it feeling like the basics. Plus the Con Ed groups get to take home all their goodies (be forewarned... there are a LOT of them). The only thing I hated was getting parking around the area, actually didn't find a good lot until the last week! LOL. Green P parking is a saviour!

Oh, and go early some days to enjoy the St Lawrence Market :-).

Thank you so much for the comment and rating on the Soy-Rubbed Tenderloin.Have a great week.
