I am a 52 year old woman who works full time for a Cardiology Group as a Nurse. I am just now beginning to experiment with cooking low cal, low fat foods that are tasty and healthy. Looking forward to any recipes I can find that will help. Currently attending Weight Watchers to lose weight and would love to find substitutions for the foods I love!
