    no, you do not cook them before hand as you'll be frying the noodles and scallops together. Scallops take very little time to cook as it is. If you pre cook them you'll end up over cooking them. Not good :-)

    Halloween Cocktail Buffet

    D├ęcor:
    Dangle white and orange paper lanterns with fishing line across the party room at multiple levels
    Amber colored votive candle holders, votive candles
    Orange Calla Lilies tied with raffia in vases
    Black sand (from pet store aquarium section) to fill Glass Pillar Hurricane Lamps, black candles

    Signature drinks:
    Sangria with Blood Oranges, Orange Satin Cosmos garnished with black licorice sticks

    Snacks:
    Toasted orange pecans, black and orange caviar toasts with cream cheese, deviled eggs, sweet potato chips, candied mango, assorted candies

    Dinner Menu:
    Autumn Mache Salad with Apricot Stilton, Pine Nuts, Pumpkin Butter Vinaigrette
    Chicken Enchiladas with Pumpkin-Chipotle Sauce or
    Mustard Crusted Mini Lamb Chops with Wild Rice
    Mini Carrot Cupcakes and/or Mini Pumpkin Panna Cottas with Caramelized Apples

    Congrats for being one of the few who would admit to doing this. Being a purest, I do mine in a cast iron skillet to get the bread toasty. Try this with Swiss cheese for a change. RJ

    ok so I tried out today for a new reality show, MasterChef (Gordon Ramsay) and the producers were like.................NEXT.........lol should I change to beginner chef on here! I'm too sexy for this chef to sexy for this chef so sexy it hurts!
