About me
I believe a recipe is an idea, a guideline that can be manipulated to individual tastes and desires. Not an architectural design that must be followed step by step to achieve perfection. Cooking is my way of being creative and expressing my love to my family and friends. There isn’t anything I will not try in my kitchen. And my family, God Bless them, put up with my “experiments”. I mainly know how to cook Southwestern food, but I am really trying to expand my base into other areas. Right now I’ve been messing around with Thai.
