I love cooking, I love eating, I loath washing up. I like to cook uncomplicated meals with the best, freshest ingredients I can lay my hands on. I love trying on new recipes, I love tweaking them to make them my own. My claim to fame, I had the number 2 ranked Teriyaki Chicken recipe on the internet for about a month (source. Google). Japanese food is my favourite by far, sushi and sashimi is king!

Thank you. I'm pretty sure the salad is just some Rocket Leaves, Red / Spanish Onion, and Fetta Cheese. Nice and simple, quite complimentary with the flavours of the Lasagne.
