We just finished the bottle of wine that we got from the winery that is in the same parking lot as the cider mill. Its called Grand View Winery. I'll have to see if I can find that wine at our liquor store, If not, I hope I can buy it online.

Yes, I think we did see the wood carver! That is so cool that you had a carved bear in your bedroom! My kids would love something like that!

Sandwich steaks are the kind that come in a box in the frozen food section like steakumms, so they're pretty thin. Shaved beef might be a little thinner, but it still might work.
