This was super good. My first po' boy. I boiled my shrimp in some water with Old Bay in it. I couldn't find a 10" roll. Mine was about 7" so I adjusted accordingly. After eating this, a 10" would have been too much food for me anyway! Very filling and very good. More in IMI. 7/18/15

Good flavor. 9x13 casserole dish is a necessity for evaporation to take place.
