    Truly - why knock yourself out if you can make something super and move on to the next pleasure?

    I was so delighted you trusted Maida Heater and me and made the Lemon Pound Cake for guests and put your own spin on it, too. I think this is my favorite cake and I cannot begin to estimate how many people ask me to make it for them. When I eat a slice I eat the middle and then save the best - the glazed outside, for last. Heaven!!!
