Although I have a degree in fine arts who was I kidding.. I always wanted to play with food. I've studied and worked as both a chef and pastry chef, in Toronto, Montreal, and London, and have been getting it together as a food stylist for the past 3 years now. I was so delighted you trusted Maida Heater and me and made the Lemon Pound Cake for guests and put your own spin on it, too. I think this is my favorite cake and I cannot begin to estimate how many people ask me to make it for them. When I eat a slice I eat the middle and then save the best - the glazed outside, for last. Heaven!!!
