About me
I like to cook for my family and friends. I live on an acreage (small farm) with my large, extended family (3 generations in one house). This allows me to keep some chickens (for eggs) and several beehives. I have a huge garden and raise about 6 varieties of peppers (mild to extremely hot). I have a small orchard where I grow pears, peaches and apples. I like to home-can what is grown and have won several blue ribbons at the NE State Fair. My taste preferences are all over the map. I like to try recipes and cook different foods from around this country and world.
