Sorry the sloppy joes recipe is done to taste. I usually start out with a lot of ketchup so all the meat is coated. A little bit of mustard maybe about a teaspoon or two of vinegar and mustard. The brown sugar makes it very sweet so if you like it sweet add a little until it is sweet as you want it. Start out with a teaspoon or tablespoon and add more as you like. If it taste too much like mustard add more ketchup, like I said family recipe all done to taste. Hope this helps you out a little bit more, by the way as it cooks the flavor gets richer so start out little and add more later.
