About me
I enjoy 'reading' cookbooks and have a nice collection of cookbooks. I love baking bread and trying different recipes it is a relaxing past time for me. My famiy enjoys trying new recipes. The first year that I was married we never had the same meal twice. I wasn't working full time and had the time to look for new ideas to try. This was before the wonderful world of the internet.

Your welcome I hope it helps. The only reason I know is because i grew up making it and got used to not having exact measurements.

Sorry the sloppy joes recipe is done to taste. I usually start out with a lot of ketchup so all the meat is coated. A little bit of mustard maybe about a teaspoon or two of vinegar and mustard. The brown sugar makes it very sweet so if you like it sweet add a little until it is sweet as you want it. Start out with a teaspoon or tablespoon and add more as you like. If it taste too much like mustard add more ketchup, like I said family recipe all done to taste. Hope this helps you out a little bit more, by the way as it cooks the flavor gets richer so start out little and add more later.

Hey there boo! Thanks for the comment on the Make It Yourself-Instant Oatmeal! I hope you try it and suits your needs. Please let me know. Take care. :)

Hey! Thats so funny that you mentioned trying to do other flavors for the cake in a mug, because this last time that I made it I thought "I wonder if I left out the cocoa if it'd be good vanilla cake?" So I think it would be a good idea! I'll let you know if I try it at all. Maybe tonight...

Since I don't have a microwave, I used my toaster oven to make these delightful little yummies! I added a pinch of baking soda and salt to the batter and baked it in two 6-1/
