About me
I am a 54 year old gluten free vegetarian and or Pescetarian (who eats some shell fish). I eat Mostly organic and no processed foods. I became a vegetarian about 5 years ago and gluten intollerant about 2 years ago. I had to find all new recipes it is difficult to be a vegetarian and gluten free, but love it! I feel so much better. I live in Loveland, Colorado. I have a daughter who is 27 and living in Manhattan, NY ( sure miss her). I have 2 poodles Daisy and Meg (megadaisy) I love life, animals, nature.
