About me
I'm an engineering student who would rather be cooking. I love love LOVE coming up with my own concoctions and I almost never leave a recipe as it is since making my own modifications is unavoidable for me. Being able to make things from scratch is something I take pride in. I'm still working on my own recipes, but usually what I come up with is some sort of American-ethnic fusion, since I don't have the necessary training or supplies on my budget to do authentic ethnic cooking.
