About me
I only have time for the kitchen on the weekends but when I do get in there it is fun. I prefer using natual ingredients and avoiding processed goods but of course sometimes it is just too damn convenient. I love entertaining and impressing with food. I am a neophyte cook but slowing gaining experience. Still not into baking. Love the grill, crockpot and my cast iron pan. Anything that goes with a frosty beer or a glass of wine. Mmmm Mmmm Yeah Yeah
