About me
My current favs are Cajun, Creole, freezer foods (one of these days I will start making freezer foods! LOL!), crock pot recipes, any baked goods. I've never met a biscotti or pie I haven't liked! I have literally hundreds of thousands of recipes and cookbooks (no exaggeration on the recipe count). I really do love all foods... not much I don't like and there's virtually nothing I won't try. My boyfriend and I love to homebrew as well. It's that time of year for our famous pumpkin ale! We love Alton Brown!!!

I tried this, and love it. The only thing I did differently was season the chicken with rosemary, along with salt and pepper, and I also added shredded cheese (italian blend),

Broccoli And Bow Ties
Saw that, tried it, a favorite now. Good eats! (Sorry Alton). Goes great with any seafood and nice presentation. I also added more garlic. and cut back on the broccoli.
