My, I love your web site. You are not an intermediate cook...you are a Grand Master Chef!!!
I found your site while Googling a copy recipe for Vermont Golden Curry Sauce, believe it or not! And i always wanted to thank you for all the wonderful recipes you give away every day for free!
I have been making Japanese food for years but other Asian, especially Chinese I am totally intimidated by...it's the hot wok and deep fat frying that blows it for me. I can never seem to get the wok hot enough and everything comes out greasy.
Because of you I am now trying Maylaysan and Vietnamese dishes that my family all adore. You have expanded my culinary horizons. I hope, as Top Chef Carla would say, you feel the love!

I love your recipe for egg tofu scallopini. My husband and I are interested in a variety of tofu recipes. We live in central Florida. There is a lovely Asian community here. I love to visit the Asian markets for beautiful fresh vegetables. I will try this scallopini recipe. It definitely looks like a 5.
