Im a major foodie, food is life lol. I watch the food channels religiously and often thought about being a chef. Im a teacher and I love my family. I love exotic dishes and my aunt was one of the most talented undiscovered culinary experts of this planet. I still can taste her (chicken in mole indian dish).with watsontle (watsontle) indigenous to Mexico is a plant with grape like clusters on each branch end. I hope to bring to the table dishes that are anywhere close to hers.
