About me
If you had told me as a kid that I would love to cook when I "grew up" I would have told you you were nuts. But, here I am, happiest in the kitchen. I love cooking for my family, and learning the recipes that have been in my family for generations. I love to experiment, and I love to bake, even though I'm a diabetic and won't eat most of it. I also love trying new foods. As long as it's not going to jump off the plate and bite me, I'll probably try it. :o)
