About me
I love to cook, but am no chef. However, my passion (much to the dismay of my hips) is baking. I'm into cupcakes, cakes, muffins, brownies, breads... pretty much anything that requires 1) sugar and 2) flour. I'm italian by heart thanks to years of cooking by my mom, but I am starting to appreciate other foods. My husband is a die hard foodie and is the cook in the family. He LOVES hot and spicy foods, so I've been forced into loving them too. Unfortunately, I am highly allergic to anything that comes out of the sea (thanks to iodine), but seem to have luck eating tuna from a can. Sad, yes. I also should not be eating peanut butter, eggs and corn.... but I do it anyway!
