About me
In school to switch from teacher to school administrator. Love to cook but ususally fly by the seat of my pants and don't pull out the cook book. But I have been making an effort to try new things as I am easily bored wiht the same things. Pet peeve: My dinner choices being dictated by what the local Wal-Mart chooses to carry. Living in a rural area there is no other choice (sad). Not shy of: Butter, cream. pork, wine, raw garlic, foods I can not pronounce, mom and pop diners and the funny looing place with the great aroma, organic food and wrinkly muschrooms Shy of: recipes with canned ggods, processed foods and name brand items, chain restaurants, Wal-Mart, McDonalds Paris, hummidity

Hi.. thanks for your comments on the chinese chicken with eggplant. I used Cock brand or Lee Kum Kee brand. Thats what i get in Milan.. The Lee Kum Kee brand i feel is better. I love Korean food as well.. Ill post some Korean recipes this week.. Kimchi is so so good .
