About me
I am earthy by nature and have a profound appreciation for good food. Come from a long line of Italian gardeners, cooks, bakers, so my instincts are good. Never seem to have enough time to cook for myself, but am resolving to start preparing my own meals at home to match my behavior with my desire to have a more healthy, balanced life. My diet is leaning toward the vegetarian end of the spectrum now. Have quite a sweet tooth and love to bake, so I am always watching for interesting new dessert recipes. Would love to have a larger kitchen and a nice spot to grow my own food, but that will have to wait just a bit longer. : )
