Currently lovin' Right now I'm on a cookie and square kick. Also love the simple stuff like burgers, casseroles, soups and comfort meals. I'm not picky and thankfully, neither is my family for the most part..

The bottom part is a regular cupcake, the top part is the mini ball pan wrapped in thinly rolled fondant. The holders are licorice strings cut and 'glued' with gel, and the hanger bases are mini reeses cups. All dusted with a mix of pure gold lustre dust (don't use Wilton...get the real gold lustre dust) mixed with a few drops of Bacardi clear rum and painted on. The accents are white royal icing.
Believe me you---when you do finish the first one, you'll be ready to quit. Each cupcake including time mixing and loading bags, rolling fondant, etc. will take about 40 minutes. So by the time you've made 24 of them---you've taken up a whole day, and we haven't even talked about bake time yet.
