I'm a happily SINGLE, working Mom to 3 boys from Saskatchewan. Everything I make is from scratch and I love to cook. I enjoy experimenting with recipes and rarely use a cookbook. I love collecting recipes and am insanely addicted to this site. I can spend hours on here and not even realize it. It's amazing my house gets cleaned and I actually manage to cook LOL!
