About me
Hi! I am a dietitian, I live in Stockholm, Sweden and I love to cook! I have collected loads of recipes since I was a child. The greatest influences on my cooking have been my mother and Jamie Oliver. Swedish meatballs, Chicken Tagine from Morocco and Tom Kha Gai is some of my favorite recipes right now. I am a mom and I work full time so usually I am looking for healthy quick and easy meals, but in my heart I´m a slow food cook.
