I'm not really a weight expert but what I did, I stopped some extra/fatty foods. For example I don't eat bread, pasta or rice at the moment, potato portion has gone down to 1/2 and sweets I limit myself to 1 chocolate per week or more. no fried food, no fatty dressings...but its very flexible as if i want to eat out i go. lost 4.5kgs with it in a week.
what is your daily eating habit? do u have bfast, lunch and dinner? and what do u usually eat?
