About me
I just love cooking. I am basically a meat and potato cook. I make a mean spaghetti sauce. I love to bake . I especially love to bake for my grandkids. they are the only ones who can eat it now. Husband is diabetic..........I'm on Atkins. So..............the bread and cakes have fallen by the wayside for now. I make a good pot roast. At least my kids and grandkids think so. Just learned to make eggplant parmesan without bread crumbs. It was great.
