About me
I love trying new things and NEVER stick to the rule that you should make something for a party that you've already made before. There are far too many things out there to try to just stick to what you know. Same goes for dinner! I have had the fortune of traveling to many countries including: China, Australia, France, Germany, Spain, Russia, and most of the Scandinavian Countries. Because of that I have tried many authentic dishes and often try to infuse these flavors into my cooking experiments. I also love entertaining and do as often as I (and my wallet) can afford.

Hello my new cookin' buddy....................Turtle66

Hi to my newest cooking buddy...banana peppers are mild just as long as you remove EVERY seed...otherwise they can get quite hot..its all about the seeds

Thanks for letting me know you find the Party Omelets in a Bag a fun idea. I hope you enjoy them sometime, soon and they make a hectic time of year a bit easier for you, too.
Cheers!

Hummus Egg Salad Sandwich
Love egg salad and love hummus, so this sound great, especially getting away from the mayo. (Which I love too much)Thanks for the post and high 5.

Celery Salad
Sounds good. I guess I like celery but seldom think to eat it all by itself either. I can't think why anyone would hate celery--but I did too when I was about 8 years old!

Lemon Dill Sauce
I had to use the leftover fresh dill that i had after doing my ranch dressing (which i invite you to try.). I did your recipe and had it with salmon. Boy it was good and taste

Chicken Eggplant Lasagna
Wow- you have some great food "on hand" I guess ketchup packets and spoiled milk couldn't be substitutes :)

Baked Shrimp In Chipotle
Can't wait to try this one!
