About me
I'm an overweight food lover...who does best when cooking for others. I love GOOD FOOD, not FAKE FOOD and like to experiment with ETHNIC RECIPES or recreating something wonderful I had at a restaurant. As I mature, I find that I can enjoy eating LESS, REALLY GOOD or CREATIVE FOOD and be satisfied. It's far worse ..to keep eating boring food, while trying to "find a taste" that just isn't there. ( I hope this makes sense). This week, I've been trying to perfect the DUTCH BABY PANCAKE, and I found this site. Next week...I'll be on to something else.
