About me
I'm a professional chef who owns my own catering company. My specialties are Middle Eastern & Mediterranean foods. I also enjoy cooking Latin, Italian and Cajun dishes. I generally do smaller intimate parties of 30 people or less as I like to keep the quality and integrity of foods at their highest level... but I still do the parties of up to 100 all the time! As long as I'm in the kitchen, I'm happy!
