I love food, I love cooking. Most of the recipes I plan on putting up here are just things I make up and have just cooked for dinner. Every now and again I think I will try to add something I made before that was really great.

I posted three so far! I'm excited about the skillet chicken recipe- It would also be perfect with chanterelles. I'm going out this weekend with my husband and son and we are going to start hunting for true morels, he has been metal detecting since he is laid of work for a week, and says he has seen them around where he has been hanging out. So I'm going to take pictures if we find them and show you.

I'm a bit freaked out by chemicals some may say to an OCD level but whatever, so I'm always using natural remedies for everything, even cleaning. I've just noticed your from Oregon, my mother lives there, and I went to schools all around there growing up in foster care, pick I town I've lived there. Although I've not lived in Oregon City :) I like your recipes, especially your salmon cakes with the dip.
